To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小弟前幾日去過譚仔食米線, 見到咁多人, 諗住d野食會幾好, 點知大失所望, 米線份量係多, 但配料選擇少, 牛肉同雞肉都淡而無味, 賣相好求其, 墨魚丸0既墨魚味道唔 夠鮮, 仲要加$5 先有野飲, 環境亦唔見得好, 覺得好像置身大排檔, 非常嘈吵........ 諗黎諗去都唔明點解仲有咁多食客光臨, 若果要食米線0既, 對面個間雲南過橋米線仲好 過佢啦, 價錢都係相差無幾遮..........
