To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這是一家不多元化的千両, 午市時分居然並不提供鍋裏物體, 串燒, 燒物等等, 由於選擇不多, 只好點了刺身, 不同的壽司, 和一個午市套餐先談談這一份特大拖羅($150), 只有三片, $50一片的拖羅是什麼味道呢? 只能說慘不忍睹, 無奈地因為魚生片真的咬不開, 無法給予好評吧壽司算正常吧, 如果只點午市套餐倒是挺化算的(大約$98-$128一份), 以這一區太古坊商業區來說是良心價格炸物也過得去, 炸蝦卷較好吃, 還有不喜歡的地方就是它家的日式醬油, 實在太鹹了, 加上醬油瓶子一點也不好開, 每次倒醬油也有困難最後午餐二人共消費了人均$350, 這個價位的午餐我會期望有更好的質素
