To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不太好的buffet

機場富豪做緊summer package,訂一晚房包4餐,超抵!!4餐中有3餐係呢間coffee shop搞掂,但質素真係麻麻!tea buffet本來係lobby lounge,但人太多要分d人去藝廊,我就係其中一份子!!食物選擇一般,點心(公仔牌?!)、生果、三文治、沙律....最好咪有即煮湯麵lu,新竹米粉、魚蛋、貢丸、魷魚任夾,米粉口感唔錯,全場最好吃;自製涼粉仲有,只不過又係無以前咁好吃!宵夜buffet食物同下午茶大同小異,係多左白粥、炸粗薯條同大量咖喱食品(見場內好多印度人呀!!)一日內第三餐,呢一刻已經無乜胃口吃!十一點全場坐滿,未夠十二點已經大部份客人走晒,無野好食,不如早d上房睇電視好過。早餐食物睇黎係最新鮮,但同多年前相比,質素跌左好多!炒蛋已經無咁香滑,又無左半生熟蛋,只有實的的熟蛋!點心多左小籠包揀,唔駛來來去去都係蝦餃、燒賣、牛肉。總括黎講幾餐buffet食物相似,而且質素真係好一般,如果有客人專程入黎食buffet就真係大煲喇!!
