約左朋友喺灣仔附近食飯,獲推介去食生記飯店。一共兩層,傳統中菜/茶樓咁上下嘅格局。由於朋友前後腳到場,於是叫左個醉香鵝掌翼食住等,酒香味濃,帶有少少藥材味。之後叫左菠蘿生炒骨、家鄉煎釀鯪魚、鹹魚茸煎肉餅、椒鹽鮮魷及懷舊白糖糕。生炒骨香脆有肉汁,不會太厚粉,甜酸度亦適中(對我黎講)坊間好多時都係偏酸。煎釀鯪魚以為要預訂先有,點知原來walk in都有得食,咁就梗係唔可以錯過,傳統巧手功夫菜式,食落啖啖肉又香口。本身諗住叫比較多人推介嘅煎藕餅,但係我哋覺得食唔到10件咁多,所以叫左鹹魚茸煎肉餅(8件)。拿,唔係一個pizza切10件食唔曬,切8件就食得曬嘅意思,係同樣體積嘅餅,10件同8件嘅分別。煎肉餅咸香有嚼勁,質感相當有層次。事後覺得10件煎藕餅應該都食得曬。唔好意思,大家太快開動嘅緣故,椒鹽鮮魷及白糖糕就無影相。兩樣都好食嘅,白糖糕切到可以一啖一件無酸味。
