To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走進這間餐廳的第一印象是潔白,白色為主的裝潢,明亮的燈光,感覺很乾淨衞生,舒適自在。 這裡是先點餐,然後由店員送上食物,整個過程都很迅速,大約十分鐘左右就可以開餐啦。 便當是這間餐廳的一大特色,所以毫不猶疑就選擇了一份便當。 這間餐廳供應的別外兩樣主食都是地道的台灣美食,紅燒牛肉湯麵和肉燥乾伴麵。兩樣都吸引,今次就先試紅燒湯麵。這餐廳亦有各款台式小食和台式飲品。   百芳滷雞扒便當 - 滷汁夠香,雞扒夠入味,可以再嫩滑一點就更好。一口爽脆的甜辣菜脯,再一口多汁的粉絲,口感豐富。 台灣古早味香腸 - 外皮烤得夠香脆 碳焙烏龍 - 大大杯的香濃烏龍 紅燒湯麵拼酥炸豬扒 - 湯汁香濃而微辣,麵條軟硬適中,豬扒香味十足,酥炸後,肉質依然軟嫩。 苿香奶綠 - 茶奶比例平均,飲到奶香之餘還有陣陣的苿莉花香。
