To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近譚仔三哥搵咗Tyson Yoshi做呢個還我鴨血系列,呢次宣傳法又真係幾吸睛嘅。不過今日嚟到中環呢間旗艦店,試咗個五小辣水煮湯底鴨血米線,雖然有意外收穫,亦有失望之處。與其話還我鴨血,不如話係畀好似我呢d大鄉里出城嘅人開下眼界,試下乜嘢係老油條。好多朋友都只食過油條(油炸鬼),但未必試過老油條。其實佢係炸咗一碌內外香脆嘅澱粉質,好似以3d printing技術將脆卜卜,而且油香滿瀉嘅澱粉質列印成一條圓柱體,中間疏窿,浸一浸湯底,味道同口感都一流,未試過嘅朋友真係值得一試。鴨血就不過不失啦,都係差唔多咁樣啫。係滑同埋少少彈牙,不過不失啦。不過,令我失望嘅係佢所謂水煮湯底做唔到水煮嘅效果囉,用味精都溝唔到個味,哎……環境算係唔錯,始終係新開,仲要係中環核心地帶嘅地面。如果平日lunch hour就一定預咗多人,但係weekend會好好多,食完唔會即刻趕你走,又唔使同外傭姐姐爭位。至於其他方面,連鎖店都係standard野,所以唔特別多講喇。
