好少去棉登徑,原來個到勁多居酒屋!適逢朋友深愛日本菜,於是搵食到來。第一次係香港食居酒屋,味蕾深深感動。首先一入門成間舖頭真係好日本feel,而餐牌上所有野都好想叫!忍痛取捨出六樣,因為唔肯定主菜有幾大份量,所以只叫咗兩個串燒同兩款小食。八爪魚我本身麻麻,所以唔方便評論。不過朋友話好好食。雞軟骨有七味粉調味,不錯的小食。來居酒屋食串燒是常識吧。燒牛舌芯,嫩之餘又夠厚,只揀舌芯位置好有要求!燒黑豚腩肉,肥膏位置燒得煙煙韌韌,去左肥膩感,好有咬口!主角黎啦~~ 有明太子炒烏冬,份量都幾少😅,但係好好食!好多明太子!廚師有料到。三重芝士鵝肝丼,鵝肝處理得一流!唔羶又保留脂肪,個香味加埋芝士,真心冇得輸,仲有甜豉油淋係飯,一啖食落去好似上左天堂咁🥰所有野都太好味,食開咗個胃😅再追加牛肉大阪燒,大大塊~~ 唔識講有乜嘢唔同,但好肯定係同普通幾廿蚊嘅大阪燒有分別! 可能係牛肉增添咗味道?!或者火喉掌握得好?!又或者材料更新鮮,anyway,就是好食。
