Restaurant: 潮汕美食菜館

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我覺得廣源嘅朋友好幸福,咁多選擇,街市仲有得掃街,連老一輩嘅潮洲野都有!豉椒炒花甲極用心炒,味道毫不單一,配料落足又靚,連刀工都出埋,雖然花甲唔大隻,但亦有鮮味,確實難得椒絲腐乳通菜滿滿青翠綠的一款,好嫩又清新,腐乳瞬間變左輕輕配上嘅配角滷水拼盤 (鵝肉+鵝腸+鴨舌)3款最愛,好厚肉有鵝味,鵝腸唔會有過多脂肪,鴨舌入味,作為小食好爽,一邊飲下茶咁潮汕蠔餅不一般蠔餅,同樣大大隻蠔,但蛋餅整法,少左份熱氣但多左份蛋香同軟熟口感,大愛全部都好好碟好抵食,店員仲好好有,有人情味的菜館

不一般蠔餅,同樣大大隻蠔,但蛋餅整法,少左份熱氣但多左份蛋香同軟熟口感,大愛

全部都好好碟好抵食,店員仲好好有,有人情味的菜館
