To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過咁多間稻香集團旗下食肆最差的一間,  客人在看菜單準備叫菜, 有個員工居然走嚟一手搶走客人手上的菜單以責備口吻罵, 問點解2張紙都一樣, 你要攞2張嚟睇, 然後掉番1張比你, 另一張就放去隔離冇人張枱, 心諗菜單紙係你啲員工一早放在枱上比客人睇, 又唔係我去攞, 我又唔知2張都一樣, 就算係又點, 我睇完都唔會攞走, 咁算係咩野態度? 好了, 人齊叫起菜叫了2次, 等左20分鐘都未有, 之後又走埋嚟問, 你哋人齊未? 起得菜未? 跟住上枱條魚係凍的, 乳豬又肥羔肥到無倫, 咁既酒樓, 真係免費都唔好嚟。
