Restaurant: Pasta And Oyster House (Millennium Court)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮想食意粉~最後去左意蠔屋~之前鍾意食呢到的意大利飯~不過今次就揀左呢個「松露焗珍珠蠔意粉」~~約50, 包湯,包餐飲~食物質素一直都唔錯~但地方淺窄~D人一袋二袋入餐廳就真係冇地方擺~一見到個都已經好開心~因為有成5-6隻生蠔~而且d蠔一d都唔腥~!!個意粉仲好爽口~!唔會太淋, 又唔會太硬!個忌廉汁同個蠔好夾...而且份量都好足夠!!不過都有少少膩的感覺!
