To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日同朋友喺將軍澳單車館公園附近踩完單車,我地由有太陽踩到冇太陽,7點幾還車後,時間剛剛好接住食飯。我地都好肚餓,兩個女仔叫左3個菜,2個飯。我地竟然食曬,因為太好味!先講千層咕嚕肉,係用豬肉片卷成肉塊再去炸,啖啖肉。肉好嫩好q,香豬肉味,冇俾咕嚕汁蓋過肉香。再黎椒鹽鮮魷,好夠獲氣! 一咬落去,外面層炸皮香,薄,脆。而面嘅鮮魷依然保持鮮嫩。最後金銀蛋煮覓菜,一個字,香。大家都知道呢度菜,個芡汁好重要,而呢度既芡汁係做到起沙,咸蛋黃既香好濃郁,好正。雖然菜式只係平凡既香港小炒,但味道口感絕不平凡。
