KONG 係一間港式同西式嘅fusion菜 所有菜式嘅款式同埋名字都係非常盞鬼同埋有香港特色餐牌上嘅 花雕鵝肝 話梅乳豬 等等嘅食物都係充滿住香港嘅特色 不過我嗰日就唔係太肚餓 又適逢七點左右happy hour 每杯酒呢個時間叫都係港幣$45 就純粹想同個朋友飲兩杯酒 所以就淨係嗌咗 一份港式鹹檸炸雞 同埋兩杯酒港式鹹檸炸雞 (Kong fried chicken) ($158)呢一份炸雞有別於一般嘅韓式炸雞 用上咗鹹檸 同埋一般檸檬做配料去調教佢嘅味道 total就有五大塊炸雞 每一塊炸雞上面都會放上鹹檸調味粉 旁邊亦都放咗一盤鹹檸甜酸醬 食落去有一種好不一般嘅港式炸雞味道 而每一件都係去咗骨嘅雞肉 啖啖肉 完全滿足咗食肉獸嘅慾望 係一份非常出色嘅伴酒小食花雕伏特加梳打($45)係一種fusion 嘅酒 用上左花雕同vodka混合而成 飲落酒精味道好重 但味道比想像中夾 飲完即刻wing wing哋Gin & Tonic ($45)Gin & Tonic 就有一貫嘅果味加上淡淡gin嘅味道 就是感覺到平淡嘅生活入面有嘅苦澀 點滴在心頭
