To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不應即刻揭煲仔飯蓋

這間是貴價食店，我就信任侍應。她把我們的煲仔飯即時揭蓋，結果是生米。第二輪裝的飯才算比較熟。其實一開蓋我們發覺飯仍有水分，再蓋上一會就好吃很多！我們叫的是臘腸北菇雞飯，227元，茶錢要2位30元，埋單288元。就衹是食一煲2人份量的煲仔飯。我覺得質素不值那樣貴！臘腸有酒味但很硬。雞的肉質不錯！當然啦，這麼貴。
