To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過呢間馳名的燒味檔. 幾年前仲係中學生的時候係附近補習. 所以每逢補習前就會黎醫一醫肚. 果陣燒肉陣陣芳香. 皮脆肉嫩. 食一啖就已經停唔到口!!! 繼續食繼續食事隔幾年. 今日路過太子. 又想起脆皮燒肉的味道. 不自覺地走進老店. 叫左碟叉燒燒肉飯噢. 不過阿姐話無哂叉燒. 咁唯有食白切雞燒肉飯一出場. 好大碟喎. 嗯..... 但點解d 飯咁水既... 貌似好多舊肉. 但反一反. d 雞得皮同脂肪既乍喎.... 白切雞肉鞋口又乾身. 皮硬又多毛. 燒肉皮已軟哂. 脂肪層鬆散唔實淨. 肉感硬實又太咸. 最下面的一層另加咸到變哂黑色莫講話要做到層肉層脂咁整齊有口感. 連快餐店質素都達唔到 ...仲要收貴到55 蚊 真係回憶破滅. 叫我點有信心再黎幫襯

貌似好多舊肉. 但反一反. d 雞得皮同脂肪既乍喎....
白切雞肉鞋口又乾身. 皮硬又多毛.
燒肉皮已軟哂. 脂肪層鬆散唔實淨.
肉感硬實又太咸. 最下面的一層另加咸到變哂黑色
莫講話要做到層肉層脂咁整齊有口感. 連快餐店質素都達唔到 ...仲要收貴到55 蚊
