To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 出了公司門口一陣寒意，果然冬天要來了。心裡想著熱騰騰湯麵之類，越走越想，忽然停在仙跡岩店舖前，順理成章入了去。仙跡岩在港是台式餐廳代表者，歷史悠久。我已經有多年冇幫襯了。熱辣辣暖胃的當然是拉麵，湯麵之類。揀選了雞翼湯米缐，兩隻雞翼肉質比較實，湯底味淡。講真味道己不復當年，又或不及現在台式店的創新。午市如叫任何主食，飲品是半價的。久違了的胚芽奶茶好彩還保持水準，有茶香，有奶香，不過如減少甜度就更好。

熱辣辣暖胃的當然是拉麵，湯麵之類。
揀選了雞翼湯米缐，兩隻雞翼肉質比較實，湯底味淡。講真味道己不復當年，又或不及現在台式店的創新。
午市如叫任何主食，飲品是半價的。久違了的胚芽奶茶好彩還保持水準，有茶香，有奶香，不過如減少甜度就更好。
