To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住食個快飯，以為百分百快靚正，點知個揚州炒飯都係由落單起等左半個鐘先有。出到黎個飯比起其他分店頹好多，一啖鹹一啖淡，平時食到成個飯，今次只係食到6成。個飯黎左五分鐘就催埋單，完全係趕收工咁。最後我都係快快手扒埋個飯，15分鐘就食完，咁快過等。啟德附近實在冇咩好食，希望d大商場落成後會好d。為左表示我既不滿，最尾個50個字我作都要作埋佢，就係為左依一個負評。啟德居民太多，配套未夠，想食餐正常d都難。
