To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不愉快的外賣經歷

吃過這間街坊小食店的蔥油餅和鍋貼，熱辣辣算好吃，可是今天再來卻有不太愉快的經歷。今天點了酸辣湯水餃麵，老闆娘聽錯做酸辣湯水餃，對店內的人下錯order，我馬上糾正她應該是水餃麵才對，怎料老闆娘又誤會了我不要酸辣湯只要水餃麵，還帶點教訓語氣說我一開始肯定叫錯。坦白說環境嘈吵你聽不清楚我也不介意，但卻把自己聽錯的事推卸到客人身上，實在令人非常不快。水餃和麵是分開煮好後，再放進一早已煮好的酸辣湯裡。酸辣湯算足料，但味道有點淡，不夠酸也不夠辣。水餃皮厚，不好吃，下次要點還是點煎鍋貼較好。
