呢一日難得早放工,咁梗係要搵一間靜啲嘅餐廳食餐好啦!我見公司附近嘅呢間隱世小店「鳥世一」係我老闆成日去嘅精緻日本菜餐廳,一於就去試下!餐廳裝修好型格、舒服,店員服務殷勤。最正嘅係佢地有日籍師傅即場炭火燒!俾大家睇下入面嘅環境~餐牌選擇頗多,除了主打嘅串燒之外,其他料理都有唔少選擇。由於想試多啲唔同菜式嘅關係,我決定要散叫~以下係我order左嘅食物:燒帆立貝:帆立貝好大粒好juicy!串燒雞頸皮:出面好少有得食雞頸嘅串燒,見餐牌上推薦,當然要試下!用平時其他部位嘅雞皮好唔同,雞頸皮好有口感,而且唔會太油膩!過癮!燒宮崎和牛串:師傅功架十足,將和牛燒得恰到好處。宮崎縣嘅和牛嘅肉香同油香都係well-balanced,只係略顯太細舊,唔夠喉呀嘛!世一串燒雞飯:呢個飯一次過有曬餐廳嘅招牌雞串燒:免治雞肉串燒、手羽先、雞腿肉,而去啲醬汁加埋啲飯一齊食,又飽肚又可以一次過試曬招牌串燒,抵到爆呀!

串燒雞頸皮:出面好少有得食雞頸嘅串燒,見餐牌上推薦,當然要試下!用平時其他部位嘅雞皮好唔同,雞頸皮好有口感,而且唔會太油膩!過癮!

燒宮崎和牛串:師傅功架十足,將和牛燒得恰到好處。宮崎縣嘅和牛嘅肉香同油香都係well-balanced,只係略顯太細舊,唔夠喉呀嘛!
