食左個午巿嘅生姜豚肉定食,汁料的味道尚可,但豬肉好羶(還是雪藏味?),總之是不新鮮的味道。隨餐附上的麵豉湯的鹹度係等於放左一撮鹽入口!只係飲左勁細啖但要飲返半杯水!真係好難飲!仲有個好細嘅沙律一樣超鹹!唔知當日嘅師傅做乜事,米芝蓮一星喎,廚師整完出黎自己唔會試味嗎?!成個定食最正常係個白飯同埋漬蘿蔔🫠如果拉麵先係最拿手嘅、就專賣拉麵囉;但如果要賣埋其他日式料理,咁都應該要保持到好似拉麵一樣嘅水準吧。
