好少會期待一間餐廳嘅新菜式,因為多一個少一個餸其實唔會令我好想回頭,但係如果好似法國餐,每一季都全張餐牌換哂,咁我就會有意慾再去。但係平民餐廳又點可以做到呀?估唔到呢度真係咁。 🍖記得我上一季即係春天,樁菜,春筍,真係可以食到春天既氣息。 🍖夏天就食d有活力既,係山上跑足150天既雞雞。佢地推介炒既做法,我就揀左烤雞。如果單單睇係勁奀,但食落係好唔同既感覺。皮下係冇脂肪架喎,但皮勁脆。以為肉會靭,但又好有彈性,你會成件事覺得健康左。 🍖粉絲蒜蓉蒸蝦,一上枱係冚住個蓋上,加一個沙漏比你,望住啲蝦由生變熟,果種期待既心情,同埋一打開蓋,蒜蓉味攻出黎,就令人流曬口水。加上粉絲仲有洋蔥,夾埋個蒜蓉味,同埋岩岩好焗好既蝦,其味無窮。 🍖湖蝶魚,個名令人諗起蝴蝶,夏天風和日麗嘅感覺返哂嚟,個魚特色係連皮一齊炒,本身個肉已經好爽,加埋個皮,索索聲,未去到crunchy 但非常有口感。加埋啲辣椒一齊食,令人流少少汗,充滿夏日氣息。 🍺夏天咁熱一定要解暑清涼,手打檸檬茶唔駛講,果個滑嘅豆腐花,吖唔喺,果個魚湯豆腐,滑到好似豆腐花咁,解哂上面所有濃味,同埋熱既感覺。 ✨️依家大家話香港晚市死亡,我地2030
