新年時想試試,竟然冇開門 之後終於有機會再去,服務、環境及食物賣相我都覺得幾好,但食物方面,就真係見仁見智同gf 每人叫左一個唔同既炸豚肉定食, 話就話定食, 但係又冇前菜, 又冇野飲,本來有個湯,但我地將原本既白飯upgrade左做石鍋辣湯烏冬,所以連湯都冇埋...等野食果陣,侍應俾左一「舊」磨芝麻既物體我地,等我地自己磨吓芝麻,冇咁悶,加埋枱面既麻醬混合埋一齊就變成自家製麻醬。個石鍋烏冬同出名食石鍋烏冬既「萬豚屋」完全冇得比,份量少不特止,又唔辣,烏冬口感尚可,但整體麻麻地。豚肉方面,一個係炸芝士豚肉,一個係炸白豚。先講炸芝士豚肉,切開有芝士流出黎,芝士味濃,豚肉本身就冇咩味,但同芝士一齊食就產生化學作用,令鮮嫩既豚肉更惹味!但炸白豚就唔係咁得,雖然咬落鬆化,但豚肉本身都係冇味,加之前整既麻醬食,效果一般,我就落左d山葵醋係伴碟既生菜絲度,再同埋d豚肉一齊食,咁先容易d入口。價錢一d都唔平,加埋一就2百幾蚊啦...我自問唔係好識日本既飲食文化,當我唔識食,所以我放佢一馬,唔俾喊面啦!

個石鍋烏冬同出名食石鍋烏冬既「萬豚屋」完全冇得比,份量少不特止,又唔辣,烏冬口感尚可,但整體麻麻地。

豚肉方面,一個係炸芝士豚肉,一個係炸白豚。

先講炸芝士豚肉,切開有芝士流出黎,芝士味濃,豚肉本身就冇咩味,但同芝士一齊食就產生化學作用,令鮮嫩既豚肉更惹味!
