To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人因做了媽媽自由時間比較短，所以就一就地點，到鄰近餐廳食餐飯聚聚～就提議試下呢間素食餐廳 圓善素食圓善素食都算近地鐵站，一轉出馬頭圍直行數分鐘就到！黃金粒粒爽 $78加配檸檬柚子醬呢個第一次食到，非常驚艷！一道煎粟米餅，就已睇到師傅嘅功力，炸漿好薄，薄到睇唔到，但粒粒粟米都緊緊痴實唔會甩出黎，食落脆口全是新鮮粟米嘅香甜！怕膩更可沾上檸檬柚子醬更開胃！椒鹽紫菜百花卷 $78酥炸腐皮夾層紫菜同樣香脆，再灑上惹味椒鹽，脆卜卜唔會成口油淋淋，亦附上喼汁！桂花炒素翅 $88口感真係好似食緊真翅一樣！用芽菜、雞蛋、西芹、甘荀等炒得夠火喉乾身，份量大碟媲美主食一碟炒米粉！清炒猴頭菇 $98 友人不嗜辣，店員主動話可改用清炒方法！猴頭菇口感食落口感其實都像肉，配勝瓜、木耳、蕃茄，其實都幾好味！奉送糖水 蛋白杏仁茶平時唔好杏仁茶嘅我都覺得真係幾好飲，磨得非常細滑，煮得濃郁，調味又唔太甜！ 最後必須要提呢間小店 每天都會派發 #愛心飯盒 不少於100盒 俾有需要嘅街坊及長者 同時店外貼上不少善長仁翁名字捐贈做善事！ 良心小店值得支持！
