To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

於旺角辦事後,想找地方午餐,行致太子不没有揾到心意食店,唯有上開飯啦揾食,見永合隆飯店,但惡評如潮,巳多年没到竟變得如此差,心裡有點忐忑,二話不說轉身往永合隆飯店進食,印證此店是否如食評般差。不用十分鍾已坐於飯店内。來到永品隆,必吃其炭燒燒肉,我點了碟燒肉,加碟肥义雞飯,當然還要例湯。菜乾例湯先_上枱,湯如過往清湯味濃,味濃是因大量下欄食材,再加上小火煮幾小時才可有此顏色,湯裡有肉味還有羅漢菓清甜味道,在這乾燥的天氣絕對是抗乾湯水。燒肉到了,目視皮脆,肥瘦適中,一口咬下,真的咯咯有聲,皮脆鬆化,三分肥七分瘦肉,還隱若透出幽幽的炭香味,有肉香没有死咸和過量的五香粉醃制,不如食評般的差。肥义雞胸飯放顆顆上枱時,飯的份量可真大碟,對我這些不湊米氣的人可真要命,後悔忘記叫減飯,這是的錯與人無由。但我最欣賞是舊式店鋪的飯夠熱,我巳受夠坊間那些不温不火的飯,毫無飯氣,夾著肥义一口熱飯放在口裡,米飯的熱氣将肥义的油香溶於每一顆飯裡,真的百般滋味在心頭。可惜我叫的肥义變了瘦义,事前斬手師傳已跟我說只剩最後一碟瘦义,問我要與否?否則要等半小時才有义燒可吃,我等不了,瘦义就瘦义吧!但習慣了肥义的口感,入口

所以在這裡吃飯最好是堂吃,若買飯盒,飯的熱氣,倒汗水會讓整盒飯有很大失真,甚致變得難吃,所以若要我吃飯盒,除了沙律冷盤食物外,所有熱食飯盒我寧願不吃。無謂在我口裡浪費食物。

習慣吃雞胸的我,這裡的雞肉咬口必定沒有海南雞煮法般嫩滑,對著我這些只吃雞胸質感的人絕對可接受,尤其是伴著這裡咸度適中的葱油,入口是享受,絕對感受到港式燒味精深味道。(這裡的燒味可叫師傅斬你想吃的肥瘦部位,不要自已不出聲又怪責它人)用了半小時享受這午飯,雖义燒因我自身決定有些缺憾,但也是極滿足的一餐。在這4O分鍾裡,不停有客人進出,甚致要等位,一間食店能屹立七十年,少點功力也不能,這店沒有用明星做廣告,店裡也没有張貼明星光顧合照,只不過明星也是人,也會像我們尋吃美味食物,這店我必會再來,不過一定要吃肥义
