To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

六月某一日，本身 book 左去港島食 Tiffin，可惜遇上示威遊行不方便過海，所以就轉場去左 Cafe 103。酒店就去過，呢度既自助餐都係第一次去，當然有好大期望啦。食物種類不算好多，最推介既係生蠔，雖然只有一款，但味道好好，適中，比較平均，相信喜歡食生蠔既都會喜歡呢度既蠔。我好喜歡食 Tiramisu，呢度甜品既 Tiramisu 都幾好食呀，只係覺得可以再重小小酒和咖啡味。不過呢個味道，就相對合家歡啲。其他我認為比較一般，冇太大的特點和令我好想再食既菜。呢度既 free flow package 都幾抵，$128 就可任飲酒類，如果喜歡飲酒，成班人嗌個 free flow 都係幾好既選擇。環境比我想像中唔同，係瘦長形既格局，都幾迫，唔太舒服。同事既服務都好，亦有禮貌。甜品既介紹牌用上白色卡紙黑色 marker，唔知點解一去到就入左我個腦，覺得唔係好襯呢間高貴既酒店。
