於中環工作,放工想食快D返屋企休息,經過這店子,又聞到陣陣蟹肉味,就想試試。蟹肉雲呑蝦子撈麵($68) - 麵質幾彈牙,雖然顏色是深色,但很淡,至於蝦子,是食不出味道,一點咸香也沒有。蟹肉雲呑有4粒,說是蟹肉,但內裏大部分是豬肉和蝦,只有少量蟹肉,所以也食不出味道。炸響鈴 - 好油!手打牛肉餅蝦子撈麵($68)- 手打牛肉餅幾特別,有4件,是變成了餅狀的牛丸。炸魚皮配香草酸甜醬($30)- 魚皮很薄,炸得很香脆,像吃著薯片,好味。蟹湯時菜($25)- 個湯算有蟹味,但唔係好重,菜嘅份量唔多。無花果薏米水 (加$12)- 過重薑味!應該改名叫薑汁薏米水 !這店試一次就夠,本應以蟹肉為主,但主角並不突出,份量太少跟本無法吃出味道,有點不大方的感覺。
