To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得以前壽司好新鮮,特別必食係十盛壽司。但今日再試,已經發覺味道已經不如之前,壽司冇咁新鮮,飯份量冇咁大件,只有價錢不變。炸豬扒有味,豬扒有梅臭味。燒鱔飯好多骨,應該分開放,搞到全部飯都有細骨。飯好硬好乾身,所以成煲飯只有少量飯可以食到。鱔不是好新鮮,似煮左好耐,又老又乾身。不會再去食,出面任食壽司都好食過呢間,因為呢間價錢都不平。
