To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不會失望的印度菜

我很喜歡這一家印度餐廳，因為性價比真係高。今次點了五樣野，分別係印度燒烤拼盤、Butter Chicken、手爪餅、Butter Naan同埋素咖哩角，再加支德國麥啤。廚師話印度燒烤拼盤係新菜式，所以就叫黎試下。拼盤入面有魚、雞同羊，當中最有驚喜係個魚，無諗過燒烤都可以做到咁滑，雞都唔錯，有肉汁，唔會燒到好「鞋」，至於羊肉就麻麻地，唔知會唔會同佢先免治然後再整成條狀有關呢？Butter Chicken係上次食過今次再Encore嘅，因為鍾意佢個番茄咖哩，入面的雞肉都夠嫩夠Juicy。素咖哩角係我至愛，因為入面主要係薯蓉，所以會滯少少，不過呢間真係做得好食，最重要係唔會太油。Naan同手爪餅用黎點個Butter Chicken梗係正啦，簡直係印度菜最精彩嘅地方之一。德國麥啤麥味香唔苦易入口好飲。
