To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不枉我等左成個鐘周記點心，啲點心質素真係好唔錯。黑松露燒賣同蟹子燒賣都好正，黑松露清香不絕，仲有蟹子好新鮮彈口，燒賣冇咩肥豬肉溝落去，但啲肉都仲幾軟滑。另一推介佢既蝦多士~ 蝦多士原粒蝦肉，唔係一pat果啲蝦膠黎，食落有層次感，啲芝麻點左啲沙律醬都冇甩出黎，味道適中唔會偏鹹😍仲有唔係炸炸炸，所以食落唔太熱氣! 嗱嗱嗱，重點黎啦~ 我想食既奶黃流沙多士 終於食到啦😆 (下次我要食香芋流沙多士)首先個多士咁金黃已經好吸引，但切開你仲覺得吸引，因為蛋黃流沙不斷流出黎 XD 好香鹹蛋黃味呀! 多士索埋啲流沙勁正，香過用蛋漿炸~ 蝦餃非常飽滿，皮薄晶瑩，蝦肉相當大粒爽口。基本上今餐除左奶黃流沙多士之外，可以叫做全蝦宴。😂唔少得要飲呢度既奶茶，茶味十足。
