To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時火鍋成日又味精又油膩，食到肚濟濟🤢呢度話明溫野菜，聽個名都覺得fresh.蔬菜新鮮，肉類味道濃郁但唔肥湯底選擇左較清淡味，真正食到食材既味道而唔係滿口湯料同醬料味飽得黎唔會覺得好油膩辛苦值得一提係，我地點左個$7xx既套餐本身怕唔夠野食，未上菜已經想追加野食, 好彩服務員提一提我地可能會太飽建議我地遲啲唔夠先再叫結果真係個餐已經夠曬食, 好彩環境舒適寬敞，服務好，點菜埋單用平板操作，店員回應快！
