星期日嘅下午,竟然買到咗拿破崙焦糖千層撻,仲有好多供應!新出開心果味!食之前見到啲千層撻已經入咗盒,冇擺喺烘焙架上面,冇射燈照,當然預計係預先焗好嘅,唔會熱辣辣㗎。但唔緊要,我屋企有焗爐,預熱到180度,再焗四至五分鐘,效果都幾唔錯👍!講到同Bakehouse嘅分別,就要講下餅皮同餡料。呢度嘅餅皮呈花型,視覺上比後者吸引,睇落好香脆,但其實有啲韌性,口感上差唔多,唯一分別就係呢度食落去比較實在,後者就有啲空氣感,各有各好🥐。至於餡料方面,蛋香味唔算太明顯,但焦糖嘅焦香味後者會濃啲,鍾意食濃味嘅可以試下,唔過偏好柔和嘅都可以選擇,呢個就見仁見智啦!😋✨不用排長龍可以一試!
