To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完了AWANA活動，因為晚上要帶寶貝到太和智樂的PLAYSCOPE參加聖誕活動，所以從元朗走來接近大半小時車程的大埔。在太和下車，在領展的商場走了一會，可能時間尚早，元氣無人等位，就將昨天本來未有做到的事一次補完吧。店員態度很一般。不過可能因時間尚早，在壽司輸送帶上應有的都有，我只是要求侍應送上一客軟殼蟹手卷，一客海膽軍艦和一客燩蛋。食物水平尚可，只是手卷部份相對昨天在一壽司吃的，紫菜比較鬆脆，口感相對較佳，至於海膽軍艦和燩蛋只是一般而已。還是那句，早起的鳥兒有蟲吃。如果無法忍受元氣輪候的人潮，要不早些來吃，要不就叫外賣吧﹖
