To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一位新朋友話想食燒肉但係又想打邊爐, 當然我又會介紹去校長燒肉日韓料理啦。雖然已經六點鐘左右到達 ,但餐廳都係同人爆滿, 可想而知受歡迎程度, 幸好這裏的通風設備完善, 座位亦都夠闊落,唔會一大陣油煙。餐區井井有條, 熟食區就提供不少蔬菜肉類款式, 驚喜時有日式章魚燒 ,而且質素相當不錯 , 旁邊的炸餃子同樣高質,充滿豐富肉汁。日式壽司刺身區分別有非常多款式的刺身及配搭好的壽司,款式比起出面不少自助餐還要多, 當中尤其喜歡三文魚, 馬刀貝及赤貝,新鮮肥美, 食了兩三轉,絕對值會票價。來到主打的打邊爐,燒烤區了, 種類繁多,就牛肉已經提供三四款選擇, 再加上本身的豬肉和雞肉的選擇, 單單肉食類別的選擇已經有差不多10多款, 而且質素也不求其, 肉類保留本身的肉汁油脂及配合每款肉類的特質而作事前醃製等準備功夫,絕對看得出餐廳的 準備功夫, 肉類都切得非常薄身適合燒烤及打邊爐, 細心。 當中特別推介一種類似五花腩的叉燒條, 燒好後切細再夾生菜吃,韓風味十足!甜品區都種類繁多, 較特別的有益力多味雪糕也有盒裝豆腐花,最喜歡一款懷舊的冰凍西瓜, 哈密瓜及菠蘿, 確保大人細路都有啱食的甜品。
