日本過江龍人氣Gariguette登陸香港!🎉🎉上次去東京旅行都有記下參表道這間甜品店,見到它千層mille presse好特別,而且是人氣排隊店,日本人和遊客也很喜歡吃,但因時間和行程關係沒吃到。想不到現在有機會,趁相約了朋友在附近吃飯,我們早點來吃Gariguette。千層酥即叫即制,並可以見到制作過程,好療癒,我們選了兩個,一甜一鹹。🔸宇治抹茶忌廉×士多啤梨京都宇治產地香濃抹茶製成的吉士忌廉加上酸甜士多啤梨,配搭紅豆麻糬的和風拿破崙,最喜歡脆脆的焦糖外層,裡面有不同口感味道餡料,抹茶紅豆不會太甜,口味豐富。🔸牛油果燻三文魚鹹的pie 沒有焦糖外層,皮餅酥脆有層次,有燻三文魚、牛油果酸忌、洋蔥、薯蓉、蛋黃醬,各種材料配搭得恰到好處。

🔸宇治抹茶忌廉×士多啤梨
京都宇治產地香濃抹茶製成的吉士忌廉加上酸甜士多啤梨,配搭紅豆麻糬的和風拿破崙,最喜歡脆脆的焦糖外層,裡面有不同口感味道餡料,抹茶紅豆不會太甜,口味豐富。
