這間來自日本東京的人氣圓形法式千層酥品牌,首間海外分店登陸香港的銅鑼灣Fashion Walk。店鋪裝潢以型格的黑色為主調,設有堂食座位,落地大玻璃能欣賞街道風景。餐牌還原日本當地口味,共有8款甜味和4款鹹味,亦有總店的期間限定產品。新推出的迷你批很可愛,亦有午餐套餐好划算。所有材料及機器均由日本總店直送,酥皮採用100%發酵牛油製成,再由熱壓機熱壓高溫烤製。開放式廚房能欣賞到拿破崙即場製作的過程好療癒。原味士多啤梨 - $165皇牌招牌口味,法式千層酥會以兩塊杏仁拿破崙脆酥夾上特製吉士忌廉,還鋪滿一片片新鮮的士多啤梨,酸酸甜甜又多汁,滿滿幸福感。香滑奶茶忌廉芒果 - $168香港店限定口味,連日本也不吃到!同樣有兩塊杏仁拿破崙,濃稠的奶茶忌廉幼滑細膩,奶味醇厚香濃且茶味濃郁,還鋪滿一粒粒鮮芒果肉,酸酸甜甜又多汁,酥脆的黑糖核桃有陣陣黑糖焦香及堅果的清香。

I love Napoleon mille-feuille and I couldn’t resist any crispy pastry, plus I can’t spare time to revisit Japan for this viral dessert, it’s available in Hong Kong so there’s no reason not to have these fabulous Mille-pressé! They’re essentially custard cream, sliced fruits, and a variety of toppings sandwiched against two beautiful artisanal Napoleon brûléed pastry discs. There’s savoury versions too, like salad/ tuna/ salmon/ ham& cheese, very surprisingly. Mangue thé au lait 香港奶茶忌廉芒果(香港店限定): Hong Kong milk tea cream+ flambéed mangoes+ brown sugar walnuts, sandwiched in incredibly crispy brûléed pastries. The fillings were chilled and each bite was a genuine decadence. Pistachio & Framboise 開心果忌廉覆盆子:Green nutty pistachio cream topped with refreshing sweet and sour framboise berries jam. It’s so good because these were well sandwiched in my all-time favourite crispy Napoleon pastries. There’re mini sizes available too, so you could buy a box for easier sharing.
