To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2月17日父親節晚上前往晚飯，換來的竟然是一肚子氣。食物海鮮沒有鮮味！連普通煮菜都無味！服務飯後生果要等一小時才送到結帳也要等半小時才計到總金額最氣結的是，有一名帶眼鏡的侍應說為補償我們等了太久而願意免收啤酒錢，但結帳時卻說不能免去，還語帶威嚇地問我們想怎樣處理，這種服務態度實在不能容忍！建議大家不要前往此食肆，只會浪費閣下寶貴的時間和金錢！
