To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先我和朋友2個人充滿期待去嘗試，見OpenRice 上的評價不錯，又開左咁多年。然而我失望了。首先燒肉上左咗枱面都係結冰的，仲係硬梆梆的。醬油蟹味道十分普通，不算新鮮，有腥味又未完全退冰，食後感不好。還食開韓國燒肉的餐廳大部份的生菜（用嚟包燒肉的生菜)都是免費仲係可以再添加的。但係佢地係要收$60。仲要店員係無同我地講係要收費，只係問我地要吾要。所以對呢間餐廳十分之失望。食到我地一肚火，吾會再有下次！！！！
