特登要開個Account出嚟寫負評。朋友生日去食飯，拎咗個蛋糕，去到門口個staff話因為酒店有餅房，唔可以切蛋糕，比切餅費都唔得，已經即刻搵幫我哋落Booking嗰個同事，又唔覆。都唔緊要，酒店Policy 我都尊重，最終係開個蛋糕出嚟影相，然後pack返埋去拎走再搵地方，好衰唔衰臨走嗰陣時，有兩個Staffs推住兩個蛋糕入房(雖然係regal嘅)，但係話呢班人成日都自己拎蛋糕嚟，又冇所謂照切⋯⋯即刻火都嚟。乜嘢policy呀，肯俾切餅費都唔俾，ok，但某D人就得，多謝晒。以後唔會再黎！奉勸大家，唔好再嚟啦～
