To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無魚生，生蠔好細隻，鵝肝又凍又無味，其他食物種類太少，質素非常一般，唔好以為整幾塊鏡就以為好似好多嘢食。我加左任飲紅白酒，成280蚊，但叫侍應加添時卻諸多推搪，話要等經理才能加。成800蚊一位，咁嘅價錢，真係接受唔到，去附近的JW Marriott 好得多，以一間5星級酒店來講，絕對唔合格，建議各位以後不要幫襯。我從來未試過食完buffet要再食宵夜，今次真係第一次，如果大家已經訂咗位快啲取消，安排去第二度，免大家後悔。
