To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1月19日book左半自助餐慶祝15結婚週年！下午4點打去餐廳一直冇人聽，之後打去總機問清楚可否安排寫字甜品慶祝！當時接電話員工說沒有問題，可以安排！咁我就冇再搵其他餐廳，當完成晩餐，上甜品😳沒有安排寫字，只有一塊朱古力牌Happy Anniversary 。然後服務員同我講安排唔到寫字，因為要預早一日book!😳😳咁我打黎又話可以安排！然後就係話聽電話果位同事搞錯左！😡😡😡😡😡最後我地只有得到對唔住同唔好意思！佢哋完全唔需要負責任！你地一句說話就可以拍拍囉柚咁多年未試過出事最後投訴後經理作出賠償呢位經理都算唔錯不過真係唔好再出錯
