To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮮蝦燒賣皇,$30,比平時酒樓冬菇好吃。酥皮焗叉燒包,$22,不夠熱。香滑馬拉糕,$18,小朋友當朱古力蛋糕吃。煎臘味蘿蔔糕,$16,可以,但是顏色有點暗。雜菜蝦春卷,$28,好,脆。臘腸滑雞飯,$30,太多油。原汁牛腩飯,$38,喜出望外。蜜味叉燒腸,$24,一般。脆皮炸鮮奶,$24,好吃,脆皮脆,鮮奶軟。杞子桂花糕,$12,可以。整體味道一般,相比以前,水平下降了,不知道深水埗的總店是否水平高一點?
