To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是咁的,難得FD子生日俾次機會佢話事食乜。佢話想食片皮鴨,經過一輪商議最後揀咗呢間北京樓。先嚟嘅係北京蔥爆牛肉,牛肉都幾嫩滑,撈埋啲汁同蔥一齊食好香口。首先嗰名不明覺厲,淨係個名咁勁已經覺得值回票價啦。而味道嚟講辣味個人覺得啱啱好,但FD子們就覺得辣到食唔到,真係好渣。魚肉雖然唔知係咩魚,但食落好滑無骨都算唔錯。成晚嘅主角終於出場,片皮鴨嘅皮燒得都幾香脆,用荷葉餅包埋青瓜同京蔥再塗上醬汁一齊食別有一番風味。另外仲有炒鴨菘,用生菜片包埋一齊食別有一番滋味,味道極為奇怪,簡直浪費咗啲片皮鴨咁。食咗咁多肉梗係嗌返碟菜中和下,雖然味道比較清淡但都幾鮮嫩。最後當然嗌返份點品收尾,點知最後先嚟中伏。首先呢碟嘢嘅擺盤賣相一碌碌_咁,望落似俾長頸鹿反芻完再吐返出嚟咁,說好的拔絲恍如唾液一般又濃又稠。味道就當然好難食啦,真係寧願成條蕉咁上碟都仲好。撇除個甜品呢餐都唔錯嘅,鍾意食片皮鴨嘅都值得推薦。
