廣成冰室一間位於上水依然保留60s70s風格既傳統冰廳,入便既環境絕對令我想起小時候去冰室既時光,特別令人懷念!入返正題,我本身唔算標準吃貨,只知道好多人幫襯亦要等一段時間先入座,而今次等咗大約十幾分鐘唔算耐。一坐低已經諗好食乜啦- 菠蘿油一望就知個飽唔硬身 點知一咬落去 咦 個皮又幾脆喎😍而且牛油厚度岩岩好 唔會好漏亦唔會覺得冇牛油香 正🤤- 牛肉通粉呢個係必點 因為係常餐既主打每枱都有一碟 咁當然都要叫嚟試下啦一上枱 咦 好足料既牛肉片😳再望向佢個湯底係有大量鮮牛肉既碎粒,令到湯底帶有濃濃既牛肉香,再配有小小獨特既薑絲,而牛肉絕對有牛味,唔係個啲煮到梅晒既肉👍🏻overall係冇乜味精既感覺兼好食既😋- 超厚蛋三文治廣成呢個三文治係爆多炒蛋而且啲蛋絕對唔乾得嚟有蛋味值得一讚!
