To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抹茶味好香好濃，但又未至於有茶既苦澀味，味道啱啱好。最欣賞係配以抹茶蕨餅，配抹茶心太軟一齊食真係好match。看得出師傅嘅用心之作。睇餐牌已見到師傅推介，賣相也十分吸引，愛紫薯和梳乎厘的我不能錯過，值得推介！香滑梳乎厘加香軟熱辣辣的紫薯簡直係絕配，加上香濃朱古力雪糕，食得出師傅的心思。大愛紅豆的必食這個雙色雪糕球加香軟兼大大粒嘅紅豆店外有錶位，方便駕車人士。有午餐和晚餐供應，價錢相宜，下次一定要試一試。
