To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 什麼是不能再差的體驗?你只能在丹桂軒享受。中秋時節,明白堂食很繁忙,所以用Takeaway,餐廳侍應同我講,今晚只能係按 set menu,六點已經order,order嘅時候已經同我講需時30分鐘,結果60分鐘後都仍然未準備好,我問餐廳經理究竟仲要幾耐時間先可以有外賣,餐廳同事同我講「我哋確定唔到,因為唔知廚房要煮幾耐」,呢啲係乜嘢嘅服務態度?我真係接受唔到,所以只係要求退款自己再去第二間餐廳買個外賣,其實你做唔到外賣,你可以拒絕接受外賣,要個客人等60分鐘,呢個絕對唔係正常嘅做法。丹桂軒,你呢種服務態度,我決定擺買你。
