天氣漸涼,和朋友相約一起入DB吹吹海風😎,慢步沙灘,享受寧靜的環境,遠離市區嘈雜,暫時忘掉等待要處理的事情。一邊踱步一邊傾談,是洗滌心靈之選。午餐時間,偶然見到這間中菜廳,門口設計有特色,一入內廳三面玻璃開陽,又被那中央高聳的圖案設計吸引,寬敞的內廳很舒服,沒有市區酒樓的壓迫感!職員服務態度熱誠,招呼我們入內坐在窗邊的位置,正呀!我們叫了一壺鐵觀音,茶葉芳香。又幾個點心,實在高水準,蝦餃內的蝦仁彈口,牛肉腸粉皮薄餡多!蝦子腐皮卷出乎意料之外,竟然是外皮脆口的,餡料足,我平時絕對不會吃湯浸的腐皮卷,這個值得推介谷友,必食之選!吃飽後,再逛逛商場,然後回程返回市區。下次一定會約齊大班朋友,再入DB這間中菜廳,食埋其他點心,來一個肚腹大滿足。

諗諗下,仲有幾日就到萬聖節,雖然近年氣氛差少少,但只要想玩,感受一下氣氛,總會搵到地方。今次就介紹一個好多外國人居住的地方,就係愉景灣。每年愉景灣都會佈置得鬼影幢幢,極之有氣氛,四周擺滿了南瓜造型及鬼怪公仔,尤其是入夜,就更具詭異氛圍。一場入到愉景灣,當然要順便醫下肚,今次就試下牡丹軒的菜色。蜜汁黑豚肉叉燒*清酒鮮鮑魚*脆皮乳豬想不到叉燒處理得相當有水準,軟熟而有嚼口,蜜味又重,送飯一流。冰鮮鮑魚柔韌有嚼口,不錯。脆皮乳豬內藏炒過的糯米飯,吸收了乳豬油的飯粒,份外惹味。席間配以 Rivetto Langhe Nascetta DOC“Vigna Lirano”2021,色澤淡雅而芳香,正好開開味蕾。雲南菌皇燉老雞湯以時間換來的美味,清澈的湯品陣陣醇香,既健康又美味。花彫蛋白蒸星班球火喉控制啱啱好,置底蛋白尤其嫩滑,星班球亦是我最愛的魚種,啖啖肉毫無碎骨,酒香恰到好處,令整道菜生色不少。麻辣脆皮崩沙腩處理得非常好,薄薄的一層脆漿,崩沙腩軟稔入味,食咬帶少許辛辣,今次配上一杯Rivetto Barolo DOCG "Serralunga d'Alba" 2019。龍蝦湯龍蝦伴台洲豆麵是日的

是日的亮點菜色,新鮮龍蝦肉爽彈不在話下,台洲豆麵質感猶如粉絲,但沾汁的能力更強,每口都掛滿了龍蝦汁,吃得人心花怒放。

再來一杯Rivetto Barbaresco DOCG "Nervo" 2020,中度的丹寧,帶少許酸度,作為table wine很切合。

期間係萬聖節,菜色上當然要切合主題,一揭開蒸籠,就會見到阿Jack出現,當然要秒殺啦;而旁邊的小南瓜,內裡是雲呢拿籽布甸,混和南瓜肉一齊食,就更可口。

門口大桃花打卡位最近牡丹軒換上賀年點心,帶到過年氣氛,亦比上次有更多新點心。雖然點心都係萬變不離其宗,但好幾款點心都加入新元素,有份新鮮感,睇得出廚師既心思。紅菜頭蝦餃,對紅菜頭健康食物冇大興趣,但蝦餃有肉汁,一d 都唔乾,亦都冇紅菜頭既青菜味。新年見到的確幾開心。自家製蘿蔔糕本來有3件既,但一上枱太香,相機未黎得切先食。食到有蘿蔔絲,唔係全部粉。口感夠實唔太硬亦唔會散🤤 大推 佢地有年糕蘿蔔糕買,可惜冇得試食鍋貼同牛栢葉都好味,XO醬好香,唔會辣唯一美中不足係個菠蘿包賣相可愛,有別於傳統菠蘿包,面頭朱古力皮亦好香濃。但中間奶黃有d 乾。朱古力配奶黃有種奇妙感覺,好似唔夾但又幾好食。

Great Chinese restaurant, worth to come even you are not from DB. We come here regularly for the past 2 years, mostly for lunch. During weekday no problem to walk in , in the first hour at least. Weekends and Public Holidays better book ahead, otherwise wait at least 30-45minutes for the table of 2-4 ppl. Book better via phone call, email 📧 might be not answered, unfortunately can't book via Google 😕. Service is great 👍 👌 in all three languages, food is delicious 😋, quality is consistent over

We come here regularly for the past 2 years, mostly for lunch. During weekday no problem to walk in , in the first hour at least.

Weekends and Public Holidays better book ahead, otherwise wait at least 30-45minutes for the table of 2-4 ppl.

Book better via phone call, email 📧 might be not answered, unfortunately can't book via Google 😕.

Service is great 👍 👌 in all three languages, food is delicious 😋, quality is consistent over the years.

Beautiful interior 👌 😍.

中秋翌日假期一家人去愉景灣玩,來此餐廳用膳,見預約已滿無法用取號機,諗住問下餐廳職員可否walk in排隊等位。誰知有個類似經理的人走過路過就是故意錯過,我們一行六人在門口見到佢就叫「唔該,唔該」,佢完全無視我地,不斷叫佢,佢都係眼尾都冇望一下。我起初以為自己太斯文細聲佢聽唔到,提高音量叫左幾次佢依然無視我,繼續行過都唔理我。到最後我好大聲好惡咁叫左聲「唔該!」,佢先望過黎,問咩事。我地表明想排隊等位得唔得,佢先招呼我地入去。咁嘅服務質素,就算環境幾靚,食物幾高質,都食得唔開心囉。我地第一次去愉景灣,亦冇睇咩食評介紹,純粹路過walk in食飯。家人又係外國黎香港。估唔到呢度d服務咁差。

昨日帶媽咪去飲茶,她聽到要去愉景灣時就問為何去那麼遠?哎呀....  當行下啦... 而且這間酒樓口碑好像不錯....我地點了三個同款的餐一口鮑魚酥鮑魚下面全是乾瑤柱,香氣四溢,味道很好蝦餃不過不失蟹肉卷非常脆口,里面啖啖蟹肉花膠雞絲瑤柱羹非常足料,羹里面真的有花膠黃金大蝦球用咸蛋王去炸,味道好好西班牙豚肉叉燒炒飯炒飯粒粒都很乾身,好有水準楊枝甘露有很多材料加上芒果好香,超級美味我地三個人都吃得好滿足,這次之行一點也不白費

過來愉景灣酒店staycation,晚市路過隨意找一間餐廳進去,想不到充滿了驚喜;環境優美,服務優良👍叫了幾個小菜亦非常有驚喜,食得到師傅是比較有心去做:)琵琶豆腐所有調配很完美,南瓜的汁醬與豆腐很夾;霜降牛柳粒做到外面熟,入邊還是半山熟的狀態,很好吃;冬瓜盅就配料很足,但略嫌味道較清淡;希望餐廳見到,好好珍惜及讚賞這些師傅,確實現在出外面食嘢很難找到好吃的餐廳了😮‍💨一定會有下次,希望下次再來水準仍然保持到💪🏻有機會也想來試試午市的飲茶😋
