To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

除了經常食早餐外,午餐因為選擇多,反而是最少機會光顧,如果不是趕時間出旺角,都不會來個快午。例湯是雞腳豬骨蓮藕湯,小小的一碗,又有雞腳湯渣,味道還可以更濃郁一點,或者晚餐時段再喝會好得多。如果在晚飯叫蒸菜,往往要有排等,但午餐的什菌鮮腐竹蒸雞飯,是預先蒸好,所以夠快,雞油都給蒸出來了,而雞肉蒸得過火,肉質很粗糙,而且白飯水份太多,所以一舊舊。熱檸檬茶算是近日喝過比較好的,至少有茶香。
