To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為食又講究健康飲食,旺角譽發廣場3樓的「幸福四季椰子火鍋」就可以幫到你,因為他們的火鍋是用新鮮的椰青水作湯底,非常健康,絕無添加糖及味精。前菜是麻辣黑木耳及手拍青瓜,惹味又開胃,愈食愈增加食慾。他們的招牌菜「原味四季椰子雞」半隻$168,加上原個椰青水加上椰子絲,湯底沸騰後將雞件放入煲裡煮5分,先呷一口湯甜味突出,雞肉嫩滑, 沾上清檸汁蒜泥辣椒豉油更添滋味感。吃完雞後添上雞湯,可以開始淥蔬菜,蔬菜索透了椰水及雞湯精華,味道超甜美。「手工寶響鈴」感到很新鮮,酥脆豆香味濃,一點油膩也沒有。「幸福臘味煲仔飯」豐富的配料, 臘肉、臘腸及潤腸在煲仔飯裡滲出油脂,令每口飯也有臘味的油香,好食到要一口接一口,一個小份量可裝分到4碗,同朋友share 就最好不過。自家製雪梨水,十分夠味,吃完火鍋及煲仔飯過後,飲番杯來滋潤喉嚨也很不錯。
