To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間法國菜,地理上座落於蘭桂芳的樓上餐廳,巴士站旁的一座大廈,但由於餐廳門面不在當眼位置,令很多人可能錯失了這間寶藏店。這間是非常正宗的法國菜,有在法國主理了二十年的大廚🧑‍🍳 由前菜、湯至主菜至甜品5個course 都驚艷到我。焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯。我第一次試這樣的配搭,芝士洋蔥配合一齊完全不漏,湯底好清甜。最讚是浸在湯的焗蒜蓉包,吸收晒湯嘅精華,非常入味。法式焗蝸牛,一碟六隻,用蝸牛專業的工具輔助,輕鬆取出。蝸牛肉鮮嫩,入口不咸;底部的薯蓉配黑松露,非常綿密香口!香蒜牛肝菌意粉,用咗橄欖油大量嘅蒜去炒香,天使麵將香蒜味完全吸收,滿滿的牛肝菌,適合比較清淡嘅人士。法式地道鴨腿配鴨油煎薯仔。用油浸慢火煮的鴨腿,皮脆如乳豬,內裏的鴨腿肉非常軟滑,而薯仔亦好有心機烤焗過,帶有焦香味,看得出廚師的心機。酥皮蘋果批配雪糕,作完美的收結,碟上畫有圖案🥰
