To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

<焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯>
洋蔥的味道非常濃厚,在喝這個湯的時候能夠吃到一絲絲的芝士,與香烤的蒜蓉包融合在一起,濃香美味。

<焦糖鴨肝醬配法包>
巧手的廚師將鴨肝醬的最上一層,造成了香脆甜美的焦糖,融合焦糖甜味的鴨肝醬,配上法包一起來吃,更具特色。

<慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包>
用慢火燉製而成的和牛面肉,入口非常軟淋,和牛的肉質,依然保存得到原本的鮮嫩和牛肉本身的美味,非常好吃。

<香蒜牛肝菌意粉>
牛肝菌的味道非常突出,意粉炒得帶有濃厚的油香味道,而且入口感覺煙韌,非常驚喜。

<法式蘋果批配雲呢拿果仁雪糕>
用上新鮮蘋果來焗製的酥皮蘋果批,入口鬆化,配上果仁雲呢拿雪糕,甜度適中,吃完實在有滿滿的幸福感。

這間法國餐廳雖然地方不算大,但是感覺就像是浪漫小屋一樣,充滿法國的懷舊風味,而且餐廳的食物質素相當高,效率亦都非常適合香港人,服務質素亦都非常之好,在中環這個位置來講,價格真的非常合理,值得再來。

呢餐真係由頭到尾都充滿驚喜!開頭嘅龍蝦湯,香濃得嚟又唔會過膩,龍蝦湯啖啖鮮甜,加埋湯底嘅濃郁層次,真係飲完令人想再嚐多一啖。之後上嘅無花果合桃沙律好清新,無花果嘅天然甜味配埋合桃嘅香脆,,啱啱好中和咗前菜嘅濃味。 主菜方面,香草燒黑毛豬鞍架嫩滑得嚟又保留住豬肉原始嘅香味,配埋焗薯,簡單又滿足。而香蒜牛肝菌意粉就係嗰種料頭十足嘅家常味,牛肝菌嘅香氣每一啖都好突出,意粉掛汁程度岩岩好,唔會太乾或者太濕。 最後嘅酥皮蘋果批配雪糕真係完美收結,酥皮鬆化,蘋果餡酸酸甜甜,配埋香草雪糕嘅滑溜,真係有種幸福感。整體嚟講,呢餐喺味道同擺盤上都非常用心,絕對值得推薦!
