To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 沒想到官塘apm會有一間居酒屋是這麼美味呢~食材新鮮。貴都是值得!大蝦關西燒,用上新鮮蝦,醬汁好味刺身新鮮,wasabi亦新鮮芝士雞肉串,一咬下便有肉汁,熟度剛好。芝士淡淡然配合雞肉。刺身的蝦頭為我們變成天婦羅,好吃其兼不浪費。豚肉燒石窩飯好味杏子酒像藥水味,怪~
